Haryana is blessed with greenery and it charms every tourist.

The sun that spreads in the morning and the blue waters of the Yamuna showers a great charm to this place.

This is an abode of gods and is of great attraction to the tourists. This is one of the essential reasons that the number of tourists are constantly increasing every year.

There are significant cities in Haryana. All the Haryana cities are famous depicting their heritageHaryana cities include Ambala, Barara, Mulana, Naggal, and Shahzadpur.

The Ambala district has a population of 11, 06,000 sq.kms. Ambala is famous for air force base, army cantonment and railway junction.

Bhiwani is comprised of 442 villages with prime towns as Loharu, Charkhi Dadri, Tosham and Bawani Khera. The population is 14, 24,000 and the area is 5099 sq kms.

Faridabad is one of the cities in Haryana and the smaller towns are Hodal, Palwal and Ballabhgarh. The Faridabad population is 14, 77,000 and its area is 2760 sq kms and is the most industrialized and populated in the entire Haryana district.

Fatehbad was formed in 1997 and the other towns are Ratia, Tohana, Bhattu and Bhuna. The Fatehbad district has a population of 6, 15,000 and the area is 2,415 sq. km.

The town is provided with college, schools, hospital and other necessities.

Gurgaon is one of the Haryana cities with an area covering 2105 sq km and 11, 46,000 population.

Hissar is a district in Haryana having a population on 12, 30,000 and a 4191 sq km area. This is a politically important district and other towns are Hansi, Agroha, Barwals, Uklana, Agroha and Adampur.

Hissar is the main centre for Harappan culture. The cities in Haryana are visited frequently by tourists.

Jhajjar is 65km from Delhi and has acquired this name from Jharnaghar which is a natural fountain. Jind has a population of 9, 63,000 and the area is 2736 sq kms. This is sited in Ferozepur Delhi, 123 kms from Delhi and nearly 57 kms from Rohtak.

It is well connected by road to Delhi, Chandigarh, Patiala and various other significant towns. Karnal is sited 126km from Chandigarh. Kurukshetra is a pilgrimage germinating the Hinduism essence and is one of the holy towns with Lord Krishna’s imprint of footsteps.

The other cities in Haryana are Panchkula, Peshwa, Panipat, Rewari, Rohtak, Sirsa, Thanesar and Yamuna Nagar. These Haryana cities have their significance and are very prominent on their own.
